Green Hemp Australia offer delivery within Australia & world wide.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Starting at $8.80 for small parcels and price increases as parcel size increases . It will show post prices at check out :D
Shipping does not include insurance, please contact us if you would like your delivery to be covered (for an additional cost)
Important note from Aust Post 9th May 2025
"If you're not at home to take delivery , Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. with a photo of where parcel was left .
If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card."
Having your own MyPost App will offer smooth delivery .
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are handled by Australia Post Standard Airmail unless otherwise requested.
Delivery costs vary depending on the destination country and delivery method chosen.
Certain countries may require quarantine by customs until an additional fee is paid to release the parcel to you.
Please check the applicable custom laws in the destination country before placing your order. Green Hemp Australia is not liable to pay any such fees and is not responsible if your order is rejected by customs.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An eMail confirmation will be sent to your eMail address once you place your order.
Please retain this eMail as proof of purchase.
We are more than happy to accommodate special instructions. Please let us know if you would like to have your order left in a safe place for you if you are not home (please remember, we can not take responsibility for your products once delivered) Call or eMail if you have any questions regarding delivery.
Delivery is from Monday and Friday.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered within Australia have automatic tracking numbers. If your order has not arrived in a reasonable time frame, please contact our customer service department for assistance: sales@greenhemp.com
Please keep in mind that Covid-19 has slowed delivery times down right across the globe.
International orders are sent with Standard Airmail service. This service includes a tracking number which we will eMail to you once your order has been dispatched.
If you request alternative shipping arrangements, please note that we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for any delivery issues.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order – We make it our top priority to get your order out to you ASAP.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected and will depend on your Post Code - however, standard delivery within Australia takes between 2-7 days.
IMPORTANT:
Please check that all items you receive are exactly what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Please do not throw the damaged goods away as we require proof that the item has been damaged (photographs required)
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on www.greenhemp.com are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We have a variety of payment options available on the Checkout page, however by paying a direct deposit into our bank account this will save you and us additional fees.
OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT IS VIA DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT.
When paying via direct deposit there are a few methods in which this can be done, these are:
- Internet banking
- Phone banking
- In person at the bank
- Paying via Internet or Phone banking -
Internet & phone payments can only be made if this feature has been enable by your banking institution.
If you are unsure of how to pay by either internet or phone, please contact your bank and they will be able guide you through the process step by step.
Most bank institutions contact numbers can be found on the back of your EFTPOS or credit card.
- Paying in person at the bank -
(1) Print out a copy of your order and our banking details
(2) Go to a bank (it does not have to be your bank)
(3) If you are not sure of the process, ask for help at the Information counter
(4) Fill out a deposit form using our bank details as the account to deposit the funds into
(6) Make sure you put your order number on the deposit slip as a reference so we can trace your payment when it arrives in our account.
(7) Take the deposit slip and the funds to a teller who will process the deposit and give you a receipt.
(8) We will see the payment arrive into our account and will finalise the processing of your order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Only items purchased on the Green Hemp website can be returned to Green Hemp Australia for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, other Stockists or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering Online, Green Hemp will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges if this is the case.
We ensure that we will pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration. However, under the rare circumstance that your order arrives in a damaged state or error of goods received or are different than what you ordered Online, please contact our friendly team at Green Hemp Australia immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
In the very rare event that you are not 100% happy with your Green Hemp purchase, we guarantee you a full refund of the purchase price. We wholeheartedly believe in our beautiful products and we want you to love them too, so if you are not satisfied in anyway, please call and have a chat within 7 days and we will be happy to give you a full refund.
